• Estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout. Some stores may offer:
• Same-day delivery
• Scheduled delivery (choose a date and time window)
• Self pick-up

Delivery Fees

• Delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
• The price depends on distance, urgency, and the store’s delivery method.
• Some stores may offer free delivery within a limited area.

All delivery charges are shown before payment — no hidden fees.

Important Notes

• Since products are perishable, it is important that someone is available to receive the order.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the store may attempt redelivery or leave the order in a safe place, depending on local conditions.
• Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for storage conditions transfers to the recipient.

If a delivery problem occurs (delay, damage, incorrect item), our Order Guarantee applies, and we will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
