Email is the fastest way to reach us. We typically respond within a few hours during business days. For urgent questions about an active order or same-day delivery, calling is the quickest option.
How We Can Help
Order questions. Need to change a delivery address, update the delivery time, or add a note to your order? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with the florist to make it happen before the bouquet is dispatched.
Help choosing flowers. Not sure which bouquet to pick for a birthday, anniversary, or sympathy gesture? We can point you in the right direction — or you can message the florist directly through the platform to discuss colors, sizes, and customization.
Delivery updates. Want to know where your order is or when it will arrive? Reach out and we'll check with the florist and get back to you with an update.
Issues with an order. If something didn't go as expected — the wrong flowers, a late delivery, or anything else — let us know. We take every concern seriously and will do our best to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes and cancellations may be possible if the florist has not yet started preparing your arrangement. Contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the more likely we can help.
How do I track my flower delivery?
Once your bouquet is prepared and out for delivery, many florists provide a delivery photo or status update. If you haven't received one, contact us and we'll follow up with the florist on your behalf.
I have a complaint about my order. What should I do?
